shifter thread pitch?
hi. a buddy told me the thread pitch on the shifters for S5 rx7 and miata are the same. is this true? i want to know before i buy a shift **** i just found. thanks.

S5 Shifter: M10 x 1.25

Will a shift **** with a 12x1.25 fit on a s4 shifter ?Does that extra .25 make a big difference?

1.25 and 1.50 are 2 different thread pitches and yeah it will work if you don't care about messing the threads up on either the shifter or the ****.
