Question Shifter bushings... how many?

Hello everybody, my new old tII was horribly neglected and abused. It seems that the guy who owned it took out the old shifter bushings(maybe he planned on replacing them?) and somehow, he never got around to PUTTING NEW ONES IN!! So, he seems to have driven it w/o any bushings and all of the metal around is a little beaten up... it looks okay though. Anyways, i went to the Mazda dealer to get a new set and the one they gave me is incomplete. The people there dont really know anything, so in order to get the rest of the parts, i have to find out what i'm looking for.
i only have two pieces: the plastic cupped ring that goes around the bottom of the shifter ball and the shim that goes underneath it...
What do the others look like that go on top?

Go to Mazdatrix, they have the TWO bushings you need. One white and one blue.

yeah I remember having it out with the mazda parts guy so I got a mazdatrix shifter kit. I like that it raises the whole ball and bushings thing out of the gear oil. Chances are with no bushings the ball is going to tear the new bushings when you put them in unless you can smooth it out.
