Shifter Bushings

Ok sorry everyone. I went to Mazda and they ordered me some shifter bushings. I saw a previous post but it was old. Ok 1st of all should the shifter be really stiff? secondly since I am an idiot I tried to tighten the bots tight and the top came off one. First any ideas on how to get it out and second where I can get one. I appreciate your help.

One more thing. I was changing the bulb in the trunk for the trunk light and it shocked me and sparked yes I know I am dumb. Now the trunk light, inside light and alarm system and antena don't work could it be a fuse? I am going to make an appointment to take it to the Mazda dealer cause I can't even find the damn fuse box. 1988 RX-7 Convertible
