shift/redline buzzer to shift/redline light

I am officially tired of the buzzer and while I am switching dashes I'd figure I'd take this time to make the shift buzzer a light instead, I already mounted a spot on the cluster for a light, I will probably use LED or just like a small 194 one or w/e

anyways I have been searching and cant find anything useful.

but I know other people have had this same idea as me!

right now I figure that im just going to interrupt the circuit going to the buzzer and wire those leads to a light and put it in the mounting spot where I have it.

but do the other buzzers (IE oil and coolant) use the same one? so will i have warning light for those now too? will the buzzer still go off and have a light? (granted if I wire them in parallel?)

anyone got any good opinions or links that can help me out?

The low oil and low coolant warning use the same shift buzzer as the redline.

A single LED wired with appropriate resistor should be fine wired in the circuit, but I personally would leave the buzzer connected as well.

Its easy, installed a relay where the stock buzzer would be. If you need a walkthrough let me know.
