shift buzzer at 5k rpms???

Ok, so the past couple times I take the TII for a spin, it seems to run a little funny, and whats really screwed up, the 7k shift buzzer is going off at varying rpms. sometimes it goes off at 5k, sometimes 5500, pretty much random points between 5k and 6k. At one point it returned to normal, and the car ran better, but when i shut it off and started it again it was back to broken.

from this i am guessing that the ecu is reading the engine speed wrong, but what the hell could cause this?
anybody got any ideas?

thanks,
Pat

same thing is happening to me man....make sure your oil and coolant are topped off because that will make it go off early.
