shake and hesitation

i got in my car a few weeks ago and when i started it up i noticed a shake, i got out and looked under the hood and the motor shakes when you rev it any there from 1100 - 2000, and when you are driving fast and get up around 5500-redline the car falls on its self, the tac keeps going normaly up in the rpms, but you can feel the car fall back like you pushed in the clutch, by the way i have a t2 any ways i did a tune up and it ran fine for about 5 min then it did it again i took out the plugs and they looked kinda dirty, so i cleaned them and the same thing ran fine/bad is it posible the coils arent giving what they should or do you think its the apex seals plz help.
