Several Questions: Vacuum Routing, Secodary Throttles, TPS, Injectors, Intake Removal

I have serval questions that i can't seem to find with the search function or in the FSM.

1. Vacuum Diagram for a S4 TII.
I found the factory diagram but the turbo and wastegate are missing from the diagram. There is a nipple on the wastegate. I have no idea where it goes or what it does.

2. Secondary Plates on the Throttle Body.
I found conflicting results for the problem. Some threads say should be all the way closed; some say they should be adjusted.

3. Removing UIM.
Does the UIM come off with or without the throttle body? If there is a way to get it off without removing the throttle body that would be nice.

4. Replacing Fuel Injectors.
I have aftermarket ones in right now but need to change to the stock set i have to pass SMOG. I have a few questions on this subject.
First- How do i relieve the pressure in the fuel system?
Second- Should i have them cleaned and recalibrated before putting them back in?
Third- Does the UIM need to removed to do this?

5. TPS setting.
Again, I don't want to be bombarded with "search function buddy!". I searched for hours and still couldnt find a conclusive answer about how it should be set. Again, I don't want to hear any search function or FMS flames. If you have answers great if you don't please don't post.

4. Replacing Fuel Injectors.

1)Relieving fuel pressure:
Start your engine, disconnect the fuel pump connector at the rear of your car, and when the engine stalls turn the ignition key off. (Section/Page 4B-68 in my 1987 FSM)

2)You may want to consider getting them cleaned and tested. I am not sure where to get this done, but other members know of a few sites/locations.

3)Yes, the UIM needs to be removed when changing fuel injectors. You may want to have an extra UIM gasket or some gasket maker handy.

It's not on the dagram because it doesn't need to be. The wastegate is connected directly to the nipple on the compressor housing. There's even a factory metal line bolted to the comprossor housing, so there's only a short rubber piece required at each end. If that's missing because someone's decided not to reinstall it, just run a rubber hose.

They should be closed. There is no need for them to be open.

Dunno how or why you'd remove the UIM and leave the TB in place. They're removed as an assembly. The FSM has instructions for doing this.

If you have upgraded injectors, you should also have some method of fuel control. If that's properly tuned, they shouldn't stop you passing an emissions test.

First- How do i relieve the pressure in the fuel system?
As per the instructions in the FSM.

Second- Should i have them cleaned and recalibrated before putting them back in?
You can't "recalibrate" an injector, but if they've never been cleaned before it would be a good idea.

Third- Does the UIM need to removed to do this?
You can barely see the injectors with it in place, so...

5. TPS setting.

This has been explained hunderds of times, so why should it be explained again to you? I don't believe you "searched for hours" or you would've found this link posted numerous times.

Please at least spend a little time reading the FSM. It covers pretty much everything you've asked, all in the same chapter even. You'll get more help if it looks like you've tried to help yourself, rather than expecting spoonfed answers.

It's been a while since I looked closely at the linkage. See what's stopping them from closing, and adjust it if possible.

That shouldn't be there on an S4 turbo. Has an S5 turbo been swapped on? It's for the boost control solenoid, which S4's don't have. Cap it.
