HP and torque are two different things...what are you thinking you are going to try and do??? "S5 gxl/S5 turbo motor and trans/mazdatrix custom driveshaft *turbo trans to n/a rear*"????

The impulse loading of dumping the clutch is far greater than the torque loading of a high horsepower turbo engine. The clutch drops do not hurt the differential with stock tires, the tires just spin and the diff is fine. If you put sticky tires on the car, you can certainly kill an NA diff with 138 lb-ft of torque. (I have seen it done).
I had done many more hard launches on mine than my friend who broke his did, and was making more torque (about 155 lb-ft at the wheels) but I still had stock tires and he had hoosier slicks.
The short answer is this, the weak link will fail under heavy torque loads, whether they are transient (clutch drops) or continuous (high boost) the NA differential will not handle slicks or drag radials for any appreciable amount of time.

Heres a small write up to help you with my question.
I have already swaped a jdm turbo motor and trans in with a mazdatrix driveshaft. So now its drivable.
It has a lsd from a gtu put in as well.
here in a few months or maybe just 1 month, im going to have a standalone so i can accualy drive the car.
with my tuning on 11lbs + my mods, it going to be right at around 300 hp at the crank. I do have brand new khumo escta tires that will be going on it as well..
as soon as i get it running i can sell my eclipse for 3500...so thats 3in exhaust from turbo back...and a turbo kit, ext. (i plan to run around 15 lbs on factory port)
also, how my hp can a turbo clutch handle? i know ill need to get a better one soon, but how much do they usaly take before they start to go?

Your question makes little sense. Crank HP is at the engine and not what the rear end sees. There is significant losses through the transmission.
My car put down 392 RWHP through a complete NA drivetrain running low boost.

well, i know that crank is more than it is at the wheels, and i needed a crank est. so i would know how much it could hold putting it down.
so you could call me safe with around 300+ whp?
how much boost do you run low?
