In serious need of help FAST.......or some counseling

I posted up here about two days ago about a throttle issue(thanx for the input by the way guys) that I had on startup once I dropped my motor in and hooked everyhting up. But I have a bigger problem in the way now. I'm leaking fuel...LOTS AND LOTS OF FUEL!!!...it seems to be coming from where th lower intake mani meets the block but I'm not sure. Everytime I crank to start it, it happens. I alredy pulled the upper and lower intake mani and took out the sleeves because one of my actuators is stuck anyway and I sealed it of just to make sure. I put everything back together again and still the same thing...and this time she didn't fire...she just kept cranking.
I need help....I work in a parking garage and I'm not even supposed to have the car here because of no plates. I've been working on the car after closing hours and I've spent too many hours I could've been sleeping thru without any progress at all...I feel like I even backtracked instead. I have till friday to get the car out of here...and I don't wanna have to get rid of my second one alredy....

^ or that, the o-rings would be a quick easy fix so try that, then fix that PD anyways cause it is going to fail.
