serious loss of power, making boost easier

Its a 86 with an s4 T2 drivetrain and an s5 turbo and manifold.

Rtek 1.7
Racing beat exhaust
koyo rad
greddy fmic

coolant level and temperature were good, oil pressure was normal, battery voltage is good.

It happened tonight when I was messin with an SRT4 and the car seemed to be running a bit slow, well it got up to 110 and wouldnt go any faster, thats when I figured something was wrong.

When I got home, I noticed that my home depot intake manifold had a big hole in it right by the turbo.

So i fixed that but no dice its still running poorly.

It is still boosting up, seems to be boosting faster but not any higher.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You'll have to elaborate on your "home depot intake manifold".

sorry it was late i didnt mean "intake manifold" I just meant "intake" basically some large plumbing pipes connecting the afm to the turbo

I was just going to suggest that...

Sorry to hear it. The big hole in the intake may have something to do with it. If any large crap got sucked in, the apex seals would not be happy.
