SERIOUS feul cut problem PLEASE HELP

I have an gxl with an turbo 2 conversion.
greddy fmic
255 walbro feul pump (rewired feul pump for more voltage)
fcd
3 inch down pipe
block off omp, bac, acv.
RB exhaust system
HKS SS bov
custom K & N intake
boost guage
oil guage
rebuilt motor S4 with S5 turbo
boostin 9 psi

The SERIOUS problem with my car is when I start the car and drive it the first 15 minutes is all good. BUT then I start to notice that I hit feul cut at 6000 rpm and then seconds later feul cut start to cut a 5000 rpm and then 4000rpm and so on until my car doesnt more at all. The car still idle but when I press the gas the car only more about one foot forward at a time. It's like when I floor the gas pedal down to the ground it feel like the car is not getting feul at all.

just say if i'm going to the gas station and this SERIOUS problem happen. I would have to turn the car off and wait about a couple of second the then turn the car on for me to get to the gas station. and when I restarted the car it run all good for about 15 minutes then the SERIOUS problem come back.

I check the boost sensor, coil, ecu, ground, feul pump which is rewired thinking that was the problem.

please help me I'm here trying to solve this problem myself. anything you suggest would help.

thanks
