can i disconnect stock BOV feed tube?

can i disconnect stock BOV feed tube?

can i just disconnect the stock BOV feed tube that goes back into the intake so that its louder? my friend did this on his car and it sounds pretty nice...dont know if anyone has tried it but it might work.

yes but you will need to plug the hole on the TID and you will need a one way check valve so the bov doesnt suck in air

i have seen people get away with it on 2nd gens but it wouldn't work on mine, resulted in a really rough idle. i would say you could try it and see but it may not work if you have a good supply of vacuum to the BOV(which there is supposed to be...).
