Talking Send RETEd your TII's VIN!

In case you guys didn't know, RETed maintains a database of Turbo RX-7s on his website, http://www.fc3s-pro.com If you own a TII, send him your VIN, along wtih the other information requested, and we'll see who has the earliest and latest build date RX-7s!

Who's got the earliest 1989? Right now, it looks like me! I'd also like to see more 10AE representation...

C'mon, guys! It'll only take 3 minutes of your time!

Brandon

There's already a LOT of 10AE's on there!&nbsp I was surprised there were that many running around!

The direct link is: http://fc3s-pro.com/reg.html

Thanx!

No, I take ALL comers!&nbsp In fact, we have a few Aussie/NZ cars listed.&nbsp The VINs don't exactly match up, so I try to match build dates instead...

Hey Ted. My FP car started life as a TII. Since its now motivated by a carbed engine do you want to include it in your list?

I've got no problem with that...
It's easy to sniff out a Turbo II chassis, cause of the "2"in the VIN...

The reason I started the Registry was to keep track of the Turbo II (chassis') that are still around!

I'll just note it's a carb'd racecar in the notes sections.

I guess mine wasn't as early of a TII as I thought. My build date was 4-86 for my 87 TII...I saw some on there built before that. I'll send my info in when I go home for spring break, so I can get my VIN.

Yep, looks like we got a couple 3/86 build dates in the registry already.&nbsp Take your time - I'm not in a rush!

Man, it's starting to feel like reverse discrimination...

You know, I've about had it with all this turbo vs. NA crap in here.&nbsp I dunno what you guys are smoking.

If you ever seen the history of my FC3S Turbo registry, there USED to be a link to a non-turbo registry handle by Nick S.&nbsp The last time I checked (a week ago), the link was dead.&nbsp I asked on the FC3S.ORG list, and no on responded.&nbsp If Nick S. moved the non-turbo registry, PLEASE TELL ME!

Else, I do this as a hobby.&nbsp You're going to tell me what to do with my hobby?&nbsp I code my ENTIRE web site with RAW HTML using CuteHTML.&nbsp NO FRONT PAGE.&nbsp NO DREAMWEAVER.&nbsp It takes TIME to do this ****.

Instead of complaining, why don't you volunteer to host the non-turbo registry yourself???

I pay $15/month for my website.&nbsp I'll tell you what, you pay me $15/month + time for coding a non-turbo registry, and I'll put one up.&nbsp Deal?

-Ted

Man, what did I wake up to this morning.&nbsp First the "old timers" crap from DC350 and now this???

FWIW, Ted, I also do HTML, but for a living. I know how ungrateful people can get. I get a lot of "but you do it all day, how much more effort can it be?" Bah.

I've got some server space, and could even automate the submission process to allow for an "all RX-7s" database. If I ever get the motivation... though if you ask real nice, I just may for you, Ted I've kinda-wanted to for a while...

Perhaps sometime tomorrow I'll sit down and hack something up...
