Semi-noob questions about TII driveline w/NA engine
Im just making sure I have all my info correct. Searching was rather difficult. Wasnt really sure what to even search for exactly.
OK, here it goes. As per the FAQ thread, I need the flywheel from a T2 engine installed onto my NA. Both T2 and NA parts are S4. Is there a weight difference as far as the counterweight is concerned? Just making sure I dont need the front counterweight from the T2 enigne also.
Secondly, what is the difference between the clutch slave between the turbo and NA engines? I am assuming it is a "throw" difference. Also assuming the T2 one "throws" further, hence the need for it.
Thirdly, what all wiring is needed to change? Is it just the trans sensor wiring (reverse lights, etc)?
Thanks for all the help guys.

You just need the rear counterweight changed. The rear weight is for the trans and the front weight is for the motor, basically.
Keep S4 with S4 and you'll be alright.
Shouldn't need to change wiring but, I'm not 100% sure.
Yes there is a difference in slave cylinders.

No, the S4 TII and NA use the same rear counterweight, part number 521A-11-N327.

The mounting points on the slave cylinder are different. The piston and the rest of the guts are the same.
