Seem like a good buy?

hi this is my first post, i have read much of the faq, i would just like to know if this would be a good buy or not? and what the problems could possible range from.

Description:

this is a Red rx7 with black interior. exterior is in decent shape.. paint is slightly faded (typical old mazda paint) and both front fenders have some dents. there is also slight rust on the rear fenders.

interior is in great shape! no tears or cracks! has a cd player but need to rewire speaker wire directly to speakers.. stock amp is dead and makes a pulsing noise through the speakers.

suspension rides great for stock.. still in good shape. also have really good treaded tires.

exhaust is about shot, but car comes with a nice borla catback exhaust (+gutted cat if wanted).

THE BAD: Last month on my way to work the car started sputtering real bad. almost felt like it was out of gas but still had half a tank.. since then i cant get the car to restart.. it cranks like it wants to, but floods out real bad. im told the problem could be bad gas, bad fuel filter, bad fuel pump, or injecters. im stuck driving a truck right now that is killing me in gas so i dont have any spare money to spend buying parts to troubleshoot. i have to get some money to buy a new daily asap!

Miles:140k

Price: $1700
