Exclamation Secondary Injectors only kick in at 6K?

Does anybody know how I can correct this problem?

My secondary injectors only kick in at 6K and stay on to redline.
I have checked the injector wires, grounds, vacuum, TPS, and voltage. No issues, everything looks and tests good.
Did the injector test like the FSM states. They do not kick in at 3500 RPM, still only come on at 6K.

Hope somebody can help. Thanks in advance guys.

What have you seen that's telling you the injectors are not firing between 3800 and 6000 RPM? Power loss of some kind? Bucking?

I don't feel the noticable kick at 4K at WOT. Now I only feel it at 6K.
Also, when i did the test on the secondaries, I used a Mechanics Stethoscope to listen when the secondaries came on. I hear the clicks come on right at 6K. Yes, I disconnected the vacuum hose from the boost sensor and the throttle sensor connector.

Power loss at 4K, huge lag up till 6K.
Any ideas???
