Secondary injectors

Hi, I tagged my injectors before I removed them but now, the labels are not readable.

So, Do both of the secondary injectors fire at the same time? And, if they don't, how can I decipher which connector goes to which injector?

thanks

Peel back the harness slightly to look at the wire colours. Then check the back of the Haynes or your FSM to determine position.

I'd check now for you but this computer VERY slow in Acrobat....

Your question makes me think you are worried about which secondary injector goes where. You can put either injector front or back, as long as the secondary injectors go in the secondary rail, and the primaries in the primary rail (closest to the engine). Is that what you mean?

I've just taken my injector out for a clean etc.

I didn't bother labelling them as they are all the same flow rate on my turbo 2.

Plus if it's the connectors to hook them back up they were stright forward on mine too, they will only reach to one injector location. So i didn't label them either.

Front rotor had 2 injector connectors one with a long length of wire and one with a short length of wire, rear the same

Short goes to lower fuel rail, i think thats primary, and the long goes to upper fuel rail.

hope that helps

The injectors are the same, as mentioned. If you are worried about the connectors, there are 2 clips on the same branch of the harness that goes to the secondaries. The shorter wire goes to the front rotor, the longer one goes to the rear.
To be sure you could look at the wire colors, but all of the wires on my harness just looked brown so it didn't help much.
