Alright so I have some 1000cc RC Engineering injectors for secondaries. 750cc's for primary. Primarys are sealing well with 4-140, and 4-144. The 4-138's wouldnt work on primary and seems like it seals very well, with no play in the injectors. The secondaries on the other hand are being a bitch. I have 4-138, 4-140, 4-144. They can be moved up and down as well as ever so slightly side to side.

According to FSM for S4 t2. 4b-74. It states there should be no play in the injectors.

Haven't leak tested yet. 75% sure it will leak, there should be no play.

Am I missing anything? Possibility rc's need pintle cap's?

 

the o-rings in the diffusers located in the manifold below the injectors are what complete the seal. they get hard and brittle and usually break when removing them along with the diffuser itself. Mazdatrix has them for about 45 bucks. but if you can remove the diffuser without breakin it, the o-rings are nothing special and you can get some random one to fit form any autoparts store...

 

Diffusers? If that's lingo for 4-142. I have them. All my grommets are new, and injectors are new. If you don't mean that and i'm way off.. Where on mazdatrix are these listed? Don't see them listed under injectors and parts.
