I have a belt problem on the passenger side and it pulls the cord out (retracting cord), and the system doesnt work. Is there any thoughts on how to fix or replace this cause tried to pull apart and stopped when I thought it was going to break something.

 

sorry to say but I've had the same problem and just bought a new belt, maybe I can solve your problem with another question. You need a passenger side lap belt, correct? If so you can have mine, being that I'm now strapped in Corbeau 4 point

 

I bought a new one for my driver side from someone online. Try to get both the female and male parts of the buckles so that they match up!
