The automatic belts are covered by a lifetime recall, so the dealer will fix it free of charge no matter how often that happens. I have found it is best to call Mazda's 800-number and report the problem and they will refer you to a dealer. If you call the dealer direct, there is about a 50-50 chance they will try to convince you that you must pay for the repair. Mazda will straighten them out if that happens, but it's best to have the dealer know Mazda already knows about it.
