searched wont idle cold start?

searched wont idle cold start?
As stated above my 85 se will not idle when cold started. Ive fiddled with idle screws and throttle plate screws and what not. Would a bad BAC valve cause this?

This is the second generation section, not the first generation section. NO, the BAC is NOT the problem. I'd look at the first gen factory service manual.
