The archived thread is pretty damn accurate.
Remove & block off ACV, EGR valve, oil injection pump (if you want to run premix), remove vacuum rack & all solenoids, replace fuel hoses from the hardlines in the car to the fuel rails (since you won't have the hardline in the vacuum rack anymore), run vacuum from the front of the throttle body to the fuel pressure regulator, pressure sensor, and cruise control (if present), run fresh air vent from the back of the throttle body to the bleed air nipple between the primary injectors, make sure the power brake booster is connected, remove charcoal canister & vent the fuel line overboard or disconnect it at the tank, and cap off remaining vacuum nipples scattered around.
I think that's about it. If you have questions, feel free to PM or IM me, I'm not likely to respond instantly, but I've removed them from an 88 NA without problems. I actually am going to finish it up this weekend, I have some lines misrouted and/or missing (fresh air bleed to the injectors). If I remember, I'll try and take some pictures.
