i was rippin down the highway in my 87 gxl tryin to get home quick cause it was 4 and i had to work at 8and when i pulled up to a set of lights my idle was boucing...i thought to my self meh its not the first time its happend, but when the light turned green and i tried to go it felt like i had no low end compression. so now either i have to ride my clutch or burn out to go from a stop....im thinking it might be a pouched seal, can anyone help me out?

 

if the engine was blown you prob could not idle.
