Which Screw on my t2 will actually turn up my idle?

I know there are a couple screws. Which one is easily accessible that I can use to turn up my idle?

either the idle stop screw under the intercooler, or the BAC valve screw. keep in mind that this is a multi-part system and everything should be working in close relationship to the others. http://fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/TPS/tps.html

that should help out,

actually on some UIM the throttle stop screw requires a phillips head screwdriver and has no lock nut but has a spring on it for tension so it wont move itself.
