Arrow SCREECHING Problem. HELP!!!

Ok I was having a problem with a screeching noise while i was driving ususally when begining to move in first gear. I had a mechanic check it out. I replaced my whole clutch (demolished anyway) and the car still makes the dreadful noise. It mostly occours when i start moving after a stop light and usually stops after 3000k-4000k approx.

It happens in gear, and in neutral.

Sounds like it has something to do with just the motor if it happens in neutral also. That being said I would check all your belts and pulleys. Belts must have about a half an inch movement and the pulleys should not move but only turn.
You might have a bearing going out in the WP or ALT. You will need to remove all the belts to check the pulleys.
Good luck
