i donno if i would understand my discription.. well.. lol

its like scraping sound..

sometimes its bad, and sometimes i dont notice..

if i notice it it happens when i am doing sharp slow turns.. (dont have a chance to do fast sharp turns.. lol)

its kinda a scraping.. skipping sorta sound..

ive heard squeeling brakes.. and its nothing like that (although my brakes do squeel a bit... but, i need new pads i think)

Foild it can be two different things, it could be your ball bearing on your left axle or your left brakes dust shield.

check your brake pads to be sure they still have some material left. the dust shield is a metal plate set up behind the rotor to keep dirt and water off the rotor, make sure that isn't near or contacting the back of the rotor, while you got the wheel up in the air spin it to see if you can feel any roughness like a bad bearing would feel, then put one hand on the top of the tire and one on the bottom, try rocking the tire in at the top/out at the bottom and vice versa then grab the tires on the sides and try twisting it left/right and see if you got much or any free play, you may need someone to watch your suspension and steering components while doing this to see if there is anything worn if you do have some play.

nope allignment is perfect, and the car has never been in a accident before.

i will check brake equiptment when i change my pads soon, but as for other possibilitys, could it be something other than brake equiptment?

It's just a bent dust shield touching. Unbend it.
