Schools Out For Summer! Schools Out For Ever!!!

Ok, I just got out of school and im bored. I wanna do something to occupy my times.

I really wanna do something quick and somewhat cheap. I was thinking (again) about removing my air-pump.

Before I got about ripping everything off and messing something up.

Ok, so here is my list of things to do:

-unbolt air-pump
-remove belt and air-pump
-Get a "wippedy-woo" or "zippidy Zoo" or whatever the hell name is of that strong belt
-snipe off and weld over hole to main cat
-get gasket and block off plate for ACV

But what else?

I've searched a little bit but cant find a very good writeup on how to do it. Maybe I should find as much info as I can and then make a writeup about it......?

Any help would again be appreciated!

yea, i dont think thats good for your cat.
your belt will be fine, but again, i dont think this is good for your catalytic converter. it needs the air from the "air-pump" to function. i also believe it completely ruins your cat. i'm gonna say 'no' to this idea. maybe vacuum your car out and clean the vinyl and plastic instead? give her a good wax? clean the wheels? do a lot of reading about your car so you don't **** it up?

hrmm.. maybe find a job so you can make money and perform less ghetto mods? an exhaust system would be more complimentary than a punched catalytic. taking off the smog pump won't take long at all and then you'll be bored again and want to do something else. boredom easily leads to doing stupid thing. in my case, i didn't have any rear interior for months. recently, i've laid the carpet back down and reinstalled the holders for my rear bins. i'm waiting on a few bolts and screws from a friend right now, but i decided it wasn't worth having a bare interior to shed 5 unnoticeable pounds. it was all a result of boredom.
what all **** have you planned on taking off? sometimes its more trouble than its worth.
