Thanks for the response guys, but if i were going to get a walbro fuel pump and do the re-wire, will i have to get an S-AFC to tune it with because of the higher fuel flow?

You don't need the S-AFC, but it is still a good idea. The factory mixtures are rich anyway, so by leaning them out a bit, you increase both power and mileage.
