Safe boost on stock fuel system?

What would you say the maxium boost/psi is on say a 88 TII with stock intake & fuel system with full 2.5" turbo back exhaust?

Since these things come pre choaked with CAT's.. Would adding a much better flowing exhaust like listed (2 1\2" manderal bent turbo back) cause the stock turbo to creep bad? if so what would you guess too?

Also how much power can the stock fuel pump safely support?
