SAFC 2 question

what do you do with the fcd when you install safc since it distorts your pressure? do you bypass the fcd? Take it out completly? or just leave it??

Eh? I assume you're talking about using the pressure sensor as the input to the SAFC-II instead of the throttle position sensor.

If you bypass the fuel cut defender, you'll lose the ability to boost past stock boost.

What you want to do is have the SAFC-II connected between the pressure sensor and the FCD. It's a read-only line (it modifies the airflow signal, not the pressure signal), so you'll have the pressure sensor line feeding the SAFC-II, then run the signal into the FCD, then into the ECU. This way the SAFC sees the unmodified signal (and can add fuel at full boost), and the ECU sees the clipped signal and doesn't cut fuel.
