sad and discouraged

so, i just recently turbo'd my N/A, Intercooled, GT35 turbo, I was cruising at about 5 PSI on my Boost gauge. I stepped on it and my car just stopped having power and died, i pulled over, after about 10 minutes it started. I got it running and chugged it home.

I really think an Apex seal went because theres little power the idle is SOOOO rough.

THere were no signs of det previously it just happened randomly.

I have no way to check compression. Im sad and discouraged.

Anyways, at 5 PSI the car was pretty fast. Much happy about that.

Simple and quick way to check:
pull ALL 4 spark plugs out and disconnect the crank angle sensor connector or pull the EGI fuse, and then turn it over by cranking it over, or you can do it with a 3/4" socket and ratchet at the main pulley and listen for equal compression pulses coming out of the spark plug holes. Quickest way to tell if something serious happened.

You don't even need to pull all 4 plugs, just pull the top plug on each rotor, remove the EGI fuse, and crank it over. You will be able to tell if something went south.
