S5t2 externals on a s4t2 shortblock?

I have a s5t2 motor I just blew but its complete. I found a s4t2 shortblock. Will all my external stuff bolt on to the s4t2 block? I have no rats nest and block off plates. I have a standalone so not worried about electricals.

yeah it will all fit.

You need to swap front covers if you want to retain the electric MOP, but that's a pretty easy job. IIRC (it's been a while) the flywheel must match the series of the block as well, so hopefully the shortblock you found came with one.

no, the flywheel needs to match the series of e-shaft and rotors, and thats it

I was aware that the flywheel has to match the rotating assembly and proper counterweight. Thanks for the responses.
