S5 weird ignition timing issue

Hi,
I have an FC S5 turbo II with a replacement engine and I have a weird issue regarding the ignition timing. I take a timing light and set the timing for the leading coil to the yellow marking. But if I check with the trailing coil, the timing is far to early. And not just a little, its some centimeters off.

Timing was done with the Setup-Pin grounded and the CAS freshly alligned.

Any ideas?

What are the rpms when your doing this? The RPMS NEED to be well under 1100 rpm......or else the ECU will advance the timing all by itself to some unknown value.
