Hey guys I found this guy whos selling a TII. he says it wont start. Last thing he did was swap a s5 turbo in place of the stock s4 turbo. he also says that he pulled out all the solenoids cuz he didnt need them. He also says that he pulled all the solenoids between the headlights. The car no longer starts and he says that it doesnt have any spark.

what im asking is what should i do to make the car start if it doesnt now? could it just be some missing solenoids? the car is about an hour away from my house so i want to make sure I can drive it home if I go look cuz thats quite a drive.

So if anyone knows what it could be then please let me know!
