Does this turbo have a built-in wastegate? If yes, is the wastegate adjustable to reduce boost? I attached a pic was told it is a stock turbo.

 

All FC stock turbos have internal wastegates.
Define "adjustable wastegate"...
If you're talking mechanically adjustable, there is no "kit" out that can do that - ala Grand National adjustable rod.&nbsp All wastegates can be manipulated with bleeder valves.
