S5 turbo question

i just replaced the turbo in my AE with an S5 turbo. i was wondering what the little nipple on the vaccuum line that runs from the wastegate and the turbo is. my S4 turbo didnt have this nipple. can i use this nipple to attach the vaccuum line from my manual boost controller(not installed yet) or should i just plug this up?
i have a Halman boost controller and am a little unsure where to plug the lines into. one says "to boost source"(not sure where that line is), the other says "to wastegate"(which i assume i can plug into the aforementioned nipple. am i on the right track? please advise.

It's for the electronic boost controller fitted to S5's. You do not have that.

No, plug it up or remove the metal line entirely.

"Boost source" is the nipple on the turbo compressor cover, "wastegate" is the nipple on the wastegate actuator.

If you don't fully understand what you're doing here, get someone who does to install it. If you stuff it up you could blow your engine the first time you boost...

compleatly remove the stock lines from the turbo. so now you just have 2 metal nipples. the upper one is boost. the lower one is wastegate.

here. blue dots is boost.
red is wastegate.

you mean i can completely remove the stock lines and replace them w/ my MBC? maybe i'm over-complicating things but i just wanna be sure since i dont wanna blow my engine.
