S5 turbo to manifold gasket...

If anyone has one nearby, could you please give me some approximate outside dimensions? I'm going to be getting some 3mm copper material, and would like to know how much I'll need to order before taking my turbo off.

Yes, I'm going to attempt to make one, and no, I won't be selling them, even if it's a success.

And I don't care if you think it's a bad idea, I still want to try. Everything I've found about copper gaskets sounds good, but a search on Rx7club yields mixed reviews. Usually, the bad ones are because they used a thin material. So I'm going to try my hand at using 3mm just to see how well it works.

Also, this one's stupid cheap, and I'm going to give it a shot also. Not much to lose.

BTW, the pineapple graphite gasket held up for an impressive 1000 miles.

I measured an S5 flange, and at the widest points it's 85.5 mm x 116.8 mm.

Thank you

Another thought.... is there another preferable material to make a turbo gasket out of? Aluminum, brass, etc?

I'm making the manifold to turbo one, then buying the engine to manifold one. The block gasket for sale there is too cheap for me to bother making one.
