Question s5 turbo into s4 na (harness problems).

well today i got the motor in finally after waiting forever for the counter weight. and i noticed that for the s4 na the crank angle sensor is on the bundle of wire's that has the alternator power, but i also have one coming out of the s5 harness. should i use the one coming out of the harness of the one that is already there?

and also i bought a s5 turbo alternator and i dont know if the plug that goes in the back of the alternator was cut off or i am retarded but i can not find any plugs on the harness that fit it. im stumped. can anyone help?

ok well i found an answer to my second question but now i have another one... instead of rewiring the power harness to work with the s5 alternator could i just keep using my s4 alternator even though i will be running a s5 motor and harness?
