s5 TII more rare than FD?
i saw two s5 tII's and a few s4 tII's on ebay yesterday, you can find some pretty nice cars on ebay. i got my 90 gtu for 500 bucks and it just needed a fuel pump rewire to run again and has a new motor in it, the interior was in ok condition but the body was not in good shape, though i am parting it to rebuild my 91 coupe.
i too have been looking for an s5 TII, one of the cars that i've always wanted. and i make it more difficult for myself by wanting a white one, preferably '89, and mostly stock, and not ridiculously expensive. what is a fair price for them? wonder if i'll ever find one
do what i did and just get a nice 91 coupe and swap the whole s5 TII drivetrain into it. just about the same thing as a S5 TII and you can get the pretty "brave blue" without searching for 5 years to find it on a turboII

Finally people are beginning to realize how rare these cars are. The last 3 89-91 TurboII's I've sold were $8k and up, mostly stock.
Another was $6k, with $4k in body damage, bone stock.
