Exclamation S5 TII ghost electrical problems, Professional help needed please!

Ok I Just recently rebuilt my motor, before i did so everything was in working order, i had spark in all plugs, fuel was fine from the pump and injectors, now that i have put the motor back in, i started off with a fuel issue, simple fix, i had the injector plugs backwards, then after i put everything back together i checked for spark and nothing, so the first thing i went to was the Crank angle sensor, i fix some ugly looking wires, and checked for continuity from the ecu all the way to the plug and everything was fine, chekced for spark again and it was good, then put it all back together and tried to start it and nothing, took all the plugs out again and checked for spark again and the spark is gone once more -.- i tried a 2nd CAS just for piece of mind and then i tried a 2nd ECU for piece of mind again just eliminate some options, now my spark plugs only fire once for the initial spark and they dont spark again. To make things worse my alarm starts going off at random times after i try and start the car, at first i thought my horn was stuck so i took it out, i then did research on the fourms for possibilities on the alarm cutting ignition, so i grounded the Lightgreen/Black wire and i also cut the starting cut relay wire just to make sure no matter what i would get my spark. after no luck i simply removed the CPU completely and checked for spark which again would come and go, i also checked for voltage and trigger on all the igniters and everything read fine.. 12v on both terminals on each coil, I'm fairly knowledgeable with these cars and i have tried every possible option and im pretty much baffled by this retarded electrical problem. The last mystery is in the trailing coils, with a power probe i poked each wire trying to get a spark by applying ground from each individual trailing coil and i got spark from one connected to the Blue/yellow wire but i got nothing from the Brown/Yellow wire.. i then applied ground to both of them and my leading and my trailing all sparked except the same trailing coil that should be connected to the Brown/Yellow wire..
Sorry for this complicated problem and my seriously long explanation, im desperate for help! and going stand alone is simply out of budget, thank you !

Ok after checking nearly everything in my car i re grouned EVERYTHING in my car, charged my car battery to FULL to make sure im getting 100% sufficient voltage, i discovered my White signal wire from my crank angle sensor to the ECU had a weak ground and i was not receiving spark when i turned my Crank angle sensor with the key switch on, i then grounded that White signal wire and received PERFECT spark on all plugs, so i put everything back together and tried cranking and getting spark with the starter pushing the CAS and no spark now.. please help im stuck

As shown in the jpg attached, the WHITE wire is NOT the gnd wire. The gnd wire(s) or the ones that get grounded inside the ECU are the R and G that are spliced together prior to the ECU. See attachment.

Series five car only, please.

I'd pull the plugs off the ECU and on the plugs themselves, with a meter on ohms, see if the grounds for the ECU are indeed grounded. I THINK they are pins 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D but that's from memory so check the CONTROL UNIT pages of your FSM to be sure.

it sounded a bit confusing coming from my friend. the white wire when we ground it, we get full spark... BUT only when you move the CAS by hand. once its in the car and we try cranking it with the starter we get no spark at all, even if we take off the added ground wire.

Ok i removed the ground from the white signal wire and i tried cranking(no spark)
Then i added ground to the red and green wires which meet right before the ECU and i got 1 spark for about 6 seconds of cranking.
I then added ground and removed ground a few times while cranking and then held the ground to the green and red wires and it sparked perfectly again.

So the problem was i didnt get spark when cranking regularly with the starter, now i managed to get some spark but i cant keep it there =/.

WTFFF !!! o.o
