S5 Tailight Disasembly

I"m trying to clean the inside of a half water filled and just plain dirty inside tailight. I've taken the 4 screws out of the tailight, but I can get the plastic hinges off on the screw side. On the oposite side i got all of them off and that side wants to come apart.

Any ideas? I searched

There more than 4 screws If I remember correctly. Go in there and get the rest of them.

No no, I wasn't clear. I've got the tailights out, but how do I clean the inside of them, there's water stuck in one part.

If I were to clean the insides, I'd yank out the lights from the car, remove all bulbs, drop in some cleaner and water into the housing and shake it up real good, rinse the crapola out of it, then perhaps stuff some paper towels in there to dry it (as long as you have needle nose pliers or something similar to pull the stuff out). Another option to dry them would be to leave all the bulbs out and let them sit in the sun for a day.

There are instructions for disassembling the taillights in the Body chapter of the S5 FSM.
