S5 t2 TPS/Idle adjustment after TB mod?
After removing the BAC and performing the TB mod I have a neat little 4krpm idle and when you do hit the gas it runs up to 5krpm but will not ever idle down. The RPM's are constant and will not go down. The TPS spec'd out fine while I had it off and was performing the mod.

Why have you removed the BAC valve?
Have you visually verified that the primary throttle is closing? You high idle may be a linkage problem caused by the TB mod. Did you remove the fast-idle cam?

It was a binding issue with the throttle body cams. It's been fixed. It was causing the TPS to read 1.2kohm at close. So tell me again, what the does this have to do with the BAC jackass?
It's ok, you can take your foot out of your mouth now.
Thank you NZ for a response that had something to do with the issue at hand.

Well, went over and helped F1 fix the thing, it was the thermowax adjustment screw: it was stuck on the dashpot. We just removed the whole arm, and it runs fine now
Had nothing even remotely to do with the BAC.

Dude, how can you call F1 a newbie? He's got five times as many posts as you :P

It's post QUALITY not quantity. However in this case I think it's spelling and grammar over illiteracy.

His answer was complete nonsense. It was pretty obvious the problem was neither a vac leak or the missing BAC valve. There's no point in "trying to help" if you don't know in the first place. Perhaps F1's reply was harsh but at least he didn't resort to repeated namecalling. "Dam (sic) east coast people"? What is that crap? Tell me that isn't childish, not to mention against forum rules.
