No, read your post about the filler neck. s5's have three bolts, s4's have two.

"tex" Read his question carefully before you answer. I believe the S5 TII has a nipple for the TPS were water comes out of, located underneathe the filler neck itself.

Uhhhhhh.... what? no water goes to the TPS... it's electric and not water cooled. There are no nipples on the filler neck at all. But yes, I see my folly now; OP, thermo housings are the same.
