how hard is this swap to accomplish?
or is it the same as the s4 t2 into regular s4 ?

No where NEAR the same. FAQ's please.

 

I did it. I just had to use the S4 N/A Harness, get a S5 Turbo MAP, MAF, and TB. Then you have to change some connectors, some wiring, and figure out the drivetrain issue. There are other things, but searching this forum, teamFC3S forum, and Kevin Lander's site, they told me everything I needed.
