yeah, I would try to hot wire the pump wires directly to a battery before taking it out of the tank at all and see if you can hear it. (wire the battery to the connector)

it could also be a clogged fuel filter...

walbros are hit or miss, there are also a lot of fakes... automotive stealth pumps seem to be pretty good. Or stock FD pump...

Ok so I pull it out and test it out and its stuck all it gives me in both polarities its a big spark I'll post some pictures of it and it was dirty, im thinking a new fuel pump will solve the problem?
