KS S5 to S5 NA Motor Swap Question

Hello all. I have two RX7's, they are both S5 NA convertible 5 speeds, black on black, everything is the exact same, but one is a '90 and one is a '91 (which was stolen twice and wrecked, and sold as a no-title parts car). I will be taking the motor from the '91 and putting it in the '90, as it is a brand new, factory replacement motor with only about 10,000 miles on it. The question I have is, will there be any issues with the ECU from the '90 and the motor from the '91? Also, are there any issues like that I need to be aware of for the swap?

P.S .If it differs by production date or anything, the '90 was made in 11/89 and the '91 was made in 9/90.

Haha, well, having two ain't all it's cracked up to be, especially since one isn't drive-able.
