S5---->S5......N/A ----->Turbo drivetrain problem and questions....please help
well I posted this in my original thread but i figured i should make a new thread. I was installing, or attempting to install my motor last night.....I noticed that the driveshaft cannot move(slide) towards the passengers side because there is some sort of metal "tab" obstructing it's path....I therefore cannot install the motor because the mounts cannot line up to the mounting holes......same applies to the tranny mounts, they do not align.......can I cut or bend this "tab?" I also need to look up the size of the nuts for the motor mounts because I cannot find them.......thanks in advance.
