Unhappy S5 or S4 bearing req'd?

I feel like a noob, but I have to order a release bearing for my 87 NA. The question is will I need the S5 or the S4? My motor was replace 2 years ago with an S5 bottom, so Im assuming I need the S5? I just need some reassurance, my brain hurts. Thanks

No, I mean that a low mileage 1990 13B motor was put in, with my original 87 transmission, intake, ECM and sensors. I thought the S5/S4 transmissions were the same? Is there a difference. Im confused

i don't know if there's a difference, but you would use a s4 release bearing if there is.
