Arrow S5 radio surround into S4

I finally got and S5 Radio surround for my 88 Vert only to discover that the grill for
my heater won't fit properly. Are they different? Or did I do something wrong.
thanks,
Bob

yes, they're different. You need the S5 grills.

Thanks, everytime you see them listed on ebay they always say they are interchangable,
which is true if you change the other parts. Glad to know it wasn't me.

Technically they are interchangeble if you replace the parts such as the shifter surround, the vents, trim the dash subframe around the cig lighter hole.

Yeah, it just looks hocky without it since the S4 shifter surround is a different size than the S5 one.
