S5 problems ?!
1) boost creeps to about 10-12 , feels like it hits boost cut then backs off then pulls hard to redline at 7psi.. any common fixes or knowledge on this stuff with 13b's?
2) might just be rx7's but the steering feels quite sort of heavy at high speeds, doesnt feel that great on the corners, might be my wheels and brand new tyres but it just feels sort of 'flat' if you understand, any thoughts on that?
3) when the aircon is turned on the car struggles to idle, it fluctuates immensly almost cutting in and out? thoughts?
4) idle always changes? when i start the car its 800rpm or thereabouts, after hard driving, 1500, other times 1000, other times 1200.. what causes this, can it be fixed easily?
5) window motors are incredibly slow, can the be rebuilt or gotten back to decent speed so i don;t have to wait literally 1min for my windows to go up?
6) thanks in advance, you guys rock!

1) Port the wastegate in the turbo (guessing you have non-stock intake and/or exhaust).
2) If you have the variable power steering system, at higher speeds it firms up to keep the car from being twitchy (not 100%, remember something like that but i've never driven on with that, mine has the na pump on it)
3) Sounds like your BAC is not working right (or is blocked off). It allows extra air in at idle and when the air is on.
4) Could be likely related to 3, check your TPS to see if it is in spec.
5) Not a clue, I've got manual windows.
6) I gave em a shot, I'm sure someone will come along with something better, this will bump your thread up a bit. :-) Good luck.

Are both your windows slow or just the one ?.. As time goes by the window tracks become loose from normal wear allowing the window to shift enough in the track to bind Either way If the motors are giving trouble I'm not so sure you can rebuild them ,even if you could It would be much cheaper to buy known good ones and just replace,, lots of guys on the forum would have some just go to the for sale section .. You might want to try some type of dry lubricant (not a liquid spray) and see if that helps.. You could also check the voltage draw on each motor and see if they are being over worked .. I don't know what the proper draw would be you might want to check the FSM's for that http://foxed.ca/foxed/index.php?page=rx7manual

Clean your window tracks. Make sure that the glass is not binding. There is adjustment but you have to take off the interior door panels to access.
Do the window relay modification; this takes the current out of the window switches. Your S5 switches are likely slightly burned in the contacts. A relay mod will help bunches.

Your slow windows should now be fine.
Good Luck

What is BAC? How do i adjust or tell if its working correctly?
How do i adjust the TPS?
I will do this window relay on the weekend and check the runners etc.
I used about 10gal and it got me 250km's , is this normal?

The rx7's (S5 T2 at least) power steering response is designed to be speed dependent, the faster you go, the stiffer it gets.

i) bump up the idle speed a bit (1100 instead of 800 rpm) as a stop-gap until you have time to explore the following :
ii) Alternator is barely adequate. check output voltage at proper idle speed
iii) Grounding wires can also be problematic (poor contact, skinny wire), my idle/electrical load problems disappeared after adding new fat extra ground wires (body-battery-block)
iv) there is a sensor/circuit that is supposed to sense when the AC is switched on and increase the idle speed automatically, maybe this is not working?
